加味四逆散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析慢性萎缩性胃炎患者应用加味四逆散治疗的临床疗效。方法60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,依据治疗方法的差异将患者分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组患者采用叶酸片治疗,观察组患者采用加味四逆散治疗。对比两组治疗效果、胃镜病理检查结果、中医症候积分、疾病复发率和胃癌发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃镜病理检查结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分(3.6±1.0)分低于对照组的(6.8±2.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组胃癌发生率均为0。观察组疾病复发率3.33%低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者应用加味四逆散治疗的效果良好,能够有效改善患者症状,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Sini powder on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into observation group and control group according to the difference of treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with folic acid tablets,and the observation group was treated with modified Sini powder.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,results of gastroscopy and pathological examination,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,disease recurrence rate and incidence of gastric cancer.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of gastroscopy and pathological examination in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was(3.6±1.0)points,which was lower than that of(6.8±2.2)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gastric cancer was 0 in both groups.The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that of 20.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified Sini powder in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has a good effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the recurrence rate,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
