扶正透邪法治疗肺部多重耐药菌感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察应用中医扶正透邪理论治疗肺部多重耐药菌感染的临床疗效。方法 选取肺部多重耐药菌感染患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为两组各30例,对照组在临床药师的指导下选用抗生素治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用中药口服或鼻饲,中药方剂以扶正透邪理论的代表方芪归银方为主,观察患者的中医证候,并在治疗7、14 d行急性生理与慢性健康系统(APACHEⅡ)评分。结果 治疗7 d后行APACHEⅡ评分,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗14 d后APACHEⅡ评分组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);中医证候评分,试验组低于对照组(P <0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 扶正透邪理论的代表方芪归银方治疗肺部多重耐药菌感染效果显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine theory“strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor”in the treatment of multidrug-resistant bacterial infection in the lungs.Methods:A total of 60 patients with pulmonary multidrug-resistant bacteria infection were divided into 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group according to the random number table method,the control group was treated with antibiotics under the guidance of clinical pharmacists,the experimental group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,and the traditional Chinese medi⁃cine formula was mainly based on Qiguiyin Decoction,which was the representative of the theory of strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor.The TCM symptoms of the patients were observed,and APACHEⅡscores were recorded after 7 and 14 days of treatment.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the APACHEⅡscores were not statistically significant different between groups(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the APACHEⅡscores were significantly different between groups(P<0.05).The experimental group was lower than the control group in the TCM syndrome score,and the effective rate was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Qiguiyin Decoction the representative of the traditional Chinese medicine theory“strengthening vital qi to eliminate patho⁃genic factor”,has a significant effect in treating multidrug-resistant bacterial infection in the lungs.
