针刺“同气阿是穴”治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺“同气阿是穴”治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法选取60例急性踝关节扭伤患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例,两组均予改良RICE原则进行基础治疗,观察组予针刺“同气阿是穴”,对照组予双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外用,两组均治疗2周;分别在治疗前后分析比较两组视觉模拟量表(VAS)疼痛评分、踝关节Kofoed评分及中医症状量表评分,并比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的79.31%(P<0.05),两组治疗后VAS疼痛评分、踝关节Kofoed评分及中医症状量表评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后评分明显较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺“同气阿是穴”治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效确切,能明显降低踝关节疼痛,改善踝关节功能,且简单易操作,便于临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at“Tongqi Ashi Acupoint”in the treat⁃ment of acute ankle sprain.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute ankle sprain were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.30 patients were in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment according to the improved“RICE”principle.The observation group was given acupuncture at“Tongqi Ashi Acupoint”,and the control group was given external use of Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the VAS pain score,the Kofoed score of ankle joint and the score of the Chinese medicine symptom scale were analyzed and compared,The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 79.31%of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS pain score,the Kofoed score of the ankle joint and the score of the TCM symptom scale of the two groups after treatment were improved signifi⁃cantly than those before treatment(P<0.05).There were some obvious differences in scores between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at“Tongqi Ash Acupoint”has a definite therapeu⁃tic effect on acute ankle sprain,which can significantly reduce ankle pain and improve ankle function,and is easy to learn and convenient for clinical application.
