摘　　要：推凸刀体作为钢轨闪光焊机重要机构部件,是实现钢轨焊接凸出部分切除的重要工装,可有效减少焊后人工打磨的加工余量,提高生产效率。本论文针对当前推凸刀体价格昂贵、服役性能差及更换复杂的问题。从技术创新及材料设计出发,研发表面改性的新型推凸刀体材料,结合优选的结构形式及加工方法进行新型推凸刀体的制造。As an important mechanism part of rail flash welding machine,the protruding cutter body is an important tool for cutting the protruding part of rail welding,which can effectively reduce the machining allowance of manual grinding after welding and improve production efficiency.This paper aims at the problems of high price,poor service performance and complex replacement of the current protruding cutter body.From the perspective of technical innovation and material design,research and develop a new type of surface-modified convex tool body material,and manufacture the new convex tool body in combination with the optimized structural form and processing method.
