摘　　要：主要探讨了城市森林花园住宅建筑(又称“第四代住宅建筑”)的基本特征,以及创新设计策略,通过对相关第四代住宅建筑的实践设计项目进行总结,归纳了当前第四代住宅建筑设计的主要技术方法和手段。This paper mainly discusses the basic characteristics of urban forest garden residential buildings,also known as the fourth generation residential buildings,and the innovative design strategies.Through summing up the practical design projects of the relevant fourth generation residential buildings,this paper sums up the main technical methods and means of the current fourth generation residential buildings design.
