摘 要:在长周期公路运营环境下,空心板桥极易出现承载强度衰减、结构耐久性弱化的缺点,继而影响桥梁使用安全。如何科学合理地采取空心板桥针对性加固措施具有重要研究意义。论文依托长沙市某上跨公路匝道的三跨先张法预应力装配式简支混凝土空心板梁工程开展病害及加固分析,采取MADIS FEA有限元软件对行车荷载作用下的碳纤维布粘贴加固效果进行对比研究。结果表明,加固后的梁体控制截面最大挠度减小1.8 mm,最大应变减小35με,整体应用效果十分显著。In the long period of highway operation environment,hollow slab bridge is very easy to have the defects of load strength attenuation and structural durability weakening,which will affect the safety of bridge operation.How to scientifically and reasonably take targeted reinforcement measures for hollow slab bridge has important research significance.In this paper,the disease and reinforcement analysis is carried out based on the three-span prestressed fabricated simply supported concrete hollow slab beam project of a highway ramp in Changsha City,and the MADIS FEA finite element software is used to conduct a comparative study on the reinforcement effect of carbon fiber cloth under the driving load.The results show that the maximum deflection of the beam control section after reinforcement is reduced by 1.8 mm,and the maximum strain is reduced by 35με.The overall application effect is very significant.
