基于文献计量学的全球HIV/AIDS患者心理问题及干预模式研究现状及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的 分析近10年HIV/AIDS患者心理问题及干预领域的研究现状与热点,梳理研究主题的发展轨迹及未来研究趋势。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集数据库中HIV/AIDS患者心理问题及干预模式的相关文献,借助VOSviewer可视化工具进行文献计量学分析。结果 共纳入1 151篇文献,发文量整体呈上升趋势。研究方向主要涉及7个方面:与服药依从性相关的心理研究;与生活质量相关的心理研究;焦虑、抑郁相关问题的研究;受艾滋病影响儿童及青少年相关的心理研究;病耻辱相关问题的研究;与女性患者相关的心理研究;与MSM相关的心理研究。研究热点和前沿趋势主要为MSM、遗孤儿童、孕产妇的心理问题,创伤后成长、心理评估工具及认知行为疗法相关领域的研究。心理干预模式以认知行为疗法、反歧视干预、正念减压疗法、同伴支持疗法、网络干预、以家庭为中心的护理模式等为主。结论 HIV/AIDS患者心理问题及干预模式相关研究正处于发展关键期,国内该领域研究紧跟当前研究热点,但有待进一步发展和完善。Objective To analyze the research status and hot spots of psychological problems and intervention modes of HIV/AIDS patients in recent 10 years,and to summarize the development track and trend of the research topic.Methods Literatures on psychological problems and intervention modes of HIV/AIDS patients in Web of Science Core Collection Database was retrieved,and bibliometric analysis was carried out with VOS viewer visual tool.Results A total of 1151 literatures were included,and the number of publications showed an overall rising trend.The research directions mainly comprised seven psychological aspects:medication compliance,life quality,anxiety and depression,children and adolescents affected by AIDS,HIV/AIDS-related stigma,female patients,and MSM.Research hot spots and frontier trends mainly included MSM,orphan children,maternal psychological problems,post-traumatic growth,psychological assessment tools,and cognitive behavioral therapy.The psychological intervention modes mainly included cognitive behavioral,anti-discrimination intervention,mindfulness-based stress reduction,peer support,network intervention,family-centered nursing,etc.Conclusions The research on psychological problems and intervention mode of HIV/AIDS patients is in a critical period of development.The domestic research closely follows the current research hot spot,and the further development and improvement are needed.
