摘 要:大跨度储煤场上部网架的水平推力与储煤场煤的堆煤压力叠加后水平荷载较大,对地基承载力要求较高,深层填土、湿陷性土、软弱土层地基处理后才能提供足够的地基承载力。针对大跨度柱面网壳储煤场地基处理造价较高的问题,结合工程实例,提出采用斜-直群桩方案,并通过MIDAS GTS有限元分析、试验验证和工程经济效益分析,对比了多种地基处理方案的技术经济指标,论证了斜-直群桩方案在大跨度柱面网壳储煤场工程中的适用性。结果表明,斜-直群桩方案较原设计方案优化比率超过50%,为工程带来了可观的经济效益。The design value of the horizontal load of the large-span coal storage yard is relatively large,as the horizontal thrust of the upper grid frame superposed with the coal pile pressure,so,it requires high bearing capacity of the foundation,and when the foundation is deep fill,collapsible soil,or weak soil layer,foundation treatment is needed to provide sufficient foundation bearing capacity.Aiming at the high coast of foundation treatment for large-span cylindrical reticulated shell coal storage yard,based on engineering examples,the economic indicators of various foundation treatment schemes were compared,and through MIDAS GTS finite element analysis,test verification and engineering economics benefit analysis,the technical and economic indicators of various foundation treatment schemes were compared,and the applicability of the inclined-straight pile group scheme in such engineering project was demonstrated.The results show that the optimization ratio of the proposed scheme can save over 50%cost compared to the original scheme,bringing considerable economic benefits.
