摘 要:为获取煤层群错位布置工作面煤柱应力集中区巷道发生大变形的机制,采用数值计算及现场实测的方法对巷道围岩受力特征及破坏规律进行了研究。研究结果表明,煤层群上组煤层煤柱集中应力与下组煤层31112工作面回采后的侧向支承压力叠加导致巷道受力大幅增加,原有支护强度不足导致巷道发生大变形;分析了叠加应力大幅增加的主要原因是错位工作面上组煤层传递的集中应力来源于采区边界煤柱,而边界煤柱向下传导应力影响范围较区段间煤柱大,且衰减慢,同时侧向支承压力叠加下加剧了巷道围岩受力的不平衡性,巷道围岩在邻近采空区的副帮侧及副帮顶板破坏范围较大,造成了巷道的局部失稳进而形成大变形。依据实测的破坏范围对原有支护方案进行修正,设计了补强支护方案,现场实测表明补强支护后巷道变形显著减小。In order to obtain the large deformation mechanism of roadway in stress-concentration area of coal pillar in coal seams group staggered working face,and to propose the control techniques,numerical calculation and field measurement methods were used to study the stress characteristics and damage law of the roadway surrounding rock.The results showed that,on the roadway surrounding rock,there were the concentrated stress from the upper seam coal pillar,and the lateral abutment pressure from the lower coal seam after the 31112 working face mining;as the superposition of the two leaded to a significant stress rise exceeding the original supporting strength,the large deformation of roadway occurred.The main reason for the significant increase of the superimposed stress is that,the concentrated stress transmitted by the upper seam on the staggered working face originated from the boundary coal pillar of the mining area,which had a larger influence on the downward conduction stress than the inter-section coal pillar and decayed slowly.At the same time,the superposition of lateral abutment pressure aggravated the unbalance of the surrounding rock,and the damage range expanded at the sub-rib side and sub-rib roof near the adjacent goaf,which caused local instability of the roadway and resulted in the large deformation.Based on the measured damage range,the original supporting scheme was revised and a reinforcement supporting scheme was designed and implemented.Finally,the deformation was remarkably reduced according to the filed measurement.
