摘 要:为提升煤巷掘进煤岩动力灾害声发射监测技术的可靠性与准确性,降低巷道掘进与支护、钻孔施工等作业噪声对监测信号与监测效果的影响,采用应力加载实验与现场监测对比分析的手段,在煤巷掘进工作面开展声发射监测信号噪声处理方法研究。结果表明:综掘机掘进、打锚杆、钻机打钻等作业信号的频率均分布在0~8000 Hz,主频处于500 Hz、3000~5000 Hz、7500~8000 Hz三个频带范围,并呈现“W”形态分布;试验地点煤、岩样试件破坏过程声发射信号主频带宽度0~500 Hz,且主频不超过250 Hz。结合实验室煤、岩试件破裂过程声发射信号与煤巷掘进声发射监测信号的时频谱特征差异,采用合理配置零飘值与信号门槛值,并结合带通滤波以及IIR滤波建立了监测信号滤噪方法,实现了煤巷掘进过程声发射监测信号有效提取且滤噪效果符合实际。为实现声发射监测信号实时采集与滤噪、高准确率的监测预警提供了技术支撑,具有一定的指导及借鉴意义。In order to improve the reliability and accuracy of acoustic emission prediction technology in coal roadway driving,and reduce the influence of working noise on monitoring signal and monitoring effect in coal roadway driving,roadway support and borehole construction,a method is adopted which combined stress loading experiment in laboratory and the field monitoring and analysis,and the noise processing method of acoustic emission monitoring signal is studied for coal roadway heading face.The results show that,the frequency of operational signals from excavating,bolting and drilling range from 0 to 8000 Hz,and the main frequency is in the range of 500 Hz,3000~5000 Hz,7500~8000 Hz,distributing in a W-shape.The width of main frequency band of AE signal was 0~500 Hz during the failure process of coal and rock samples,the dominant frequency is within 250 Hz.In combination with the characteristic difference between the acoustic emission signal in the rupture process of the laboratory coal and rock specimen and the acoustic emission mixed signal in the coal roadway excavation and the spectrum characteristics,the reasonable configuration of zero drift value and signal threshold value are adopted,combining the band-pass filtering and IIR filtering to establish the noise filtering method of the monitoring signal,which realizes the extraction of the effective acoustic emission monitoring signal during the coal roadway excavation operation.The noise filtering effect is conformed to the reality.This paper provides technical support for real-time acquisition and noise filtering of acoustic emission monitoring signals,and high-accuracy monitoring and early warning.
