摘 要:为了研究调浆对低阶煤浮选的作用,以低阶煤为原料,研究了调浆转速和时间对低阶煤浮选的影响。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱分析和接触角测定仪分析了调浆前后煤泥表面性质的变化。结果表明,调浆显著提高了低阶煤的浮选效果,随着调浆转速和时间的增加,精煤产率和可燃体回收率逐渐增加。当柴油用量为7 kg/t、调浆转速为2400 r/min、调浆时间为1 min时,精煤可燃体回收率和浮选完善指标达到最大值。煤样表面的接触角随着调浆转速的增加逐渐增加,但调浆转速过高时,煤样表面接触角略有降低。与调浆前的煤样相比,调浆后煤样表面的碳含量增加,C—C/C—H官能团含量增加,C—O官能团含量降低,煤样表面疏水性增加。强搅拌调浆有利于减少低阶煤表面含氧官能团,提高非极性油的分散程度,增加捕收剂与煤颗粒的碰撞概率,但搅拌转速过高时,高强度的剪切作用可能会使吸附在煤颗粒表面的药剂脱附,降低调浆和浮选效果。In order to study the effect of conditioning on the flotation of low rank coal,the effects of conditioning speed and time were studied.The effect of conditioning on the surface properties of coal particles was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and contact angle analyzer.The results showed that the flotation performance was significantly improved by conditioning,the clean coal yield and combustible recovery increased with the increase of condition speed and time.When the amount of diesel oil was 7 kg/t,the condition speed was 2400 r/min,and the conditioning time was 1 min,the combustible recovery and flotation perfection index reached the maximum.The contact angle of the coal particle surface gradually increased with increasing conditioning speed.However,the contact angle decreases slightly when the speed was too high.The carbon content on the surface of the coal sample increased after conditioning.The C—C/C—H functional group content increased,the C—O functional group content decreased,and the surface hydrophobicity of the coal sample enhanced.The high intensity conditioning could reduce the oxygen containing functional groups on the surface of low-rank coal particles,and improve the dispersion of non-polar oil and the collision probability between the collector and coal particles.However,the shear force may cause the desorption of the collector adsorbed on the surface of the coal particles,thereby reducing the flotation effect at over-high conditioning speed.
