摘 要:针对采煤机和刮板输送机运行速度不匹配,刮板输送机连续高速运转造成的能源浪费和运输效率低的问题,通过研究双向割煤工艺,对采煤机和刮板输送机运行阶段进行分析,建立以刮板输送机能耗、运输速度波动和运输效率为优化目标的采煤机与刮板输送机协同调速决策模型,在采煤机和刮板输送机规定速度范围、刮板输送机载煤量等约束条件下,使用海鸥优化算法求解各阶段最优协同速度。最后,使用某煤矿工作面数据进行仿真实验得出:使用采煤机与刮板输送机协同调速决策模型对采煤机牵引速度和刮板输送机运输速度进行规划,能够在不影响生产任务的前提下有效降低刮板输送机28.7%能耗,运输效率提高6.8%。In order to solve the problem of energy waste and low transportation efficiency caused by the mismatch between the running speed of shearer and scraper conveyor,and the continuous high-speed running of scraper conveyor,through studying the two-way coal cutting technology,the running phase of shearer and scraper conveyor is analyzed,and a decision-making model of coordinated speed adjustment between shearer and scraper conveyor is established,to optimize the consumption of scraper conveyor,the fluctuation of transportation speed and the transportation efficiency.Seagull optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimal synergistic speed of each stage under the constraints of speed range and coal load of shearer and scraper conveyor.Finally,the simulation experiment with data from a coal mine working face shows that the shearer traction speed and scraper conveyor transport speed can be planned using the decision-making model of coordinated speed control between shearer and scraper conveyor,which can reduce 28.7%energy consumption of scraper conveyor and increase transport efficiency by 6.8%without affecting production tasks.
