光子嫩肤联合调Q激光治疗痤疮后色素沉着效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究光子嫩肤联合调Q激光治疗痤疮后色素沉着的效果。方法自2018年1月至2019年6月,河北医科大学第二医院整形外科将76例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,38例/组。对照组采取光子嫩肤治疗,观察组采用光子嫩肤联合调Q激光治疗。共治疗3个月,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后色素沉着症状评分、皮肤生理参数[角质层含水量、经皮水分丢失(trans epidermal water loss,TEWL)、pH值]、皮肤黑素指数、红斑指数及患者满意率。结果观察组有效率为94.74%高于对照组76.32%(P<0.05);观察组治疗1、2、3个月后色素程度、色素数目、色素沉着面积、情绪影响评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗1、2、3个月后角质层含水量高于对照组,TEWL、pH值低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗1、2、3个月后皮肤黑素指数、红斑指数低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度率92.11%高于对照组70.03%(P<0.05)。结论光子嫩肤联合调Q激光治疗痤疮后色素沉着,可有效地改善患者皮肤生理功能,减轻色素沉着,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the observation of the effect of intense pulsed light combined with Q-switched laser on pigmentation after acne treatment.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,76 patients with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in our hospital were selected as study subjects,and 38 cases each were grouped according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with intense pulsed light and the observation group was treated with intense pulsed light combined with the Q-switch laser.After a total of 3 months of treatment,the treatment effect,pigmentation symptom scores before and after treatment,skin physiological parameters[stratum corneum water content,transepidermal water loss(TEWL),pH value],skin melanin index,erythema index,facial skin and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 94.74%in the observation group was higher than that of 76.32%in the control group(P0.05);the degree of pigmentation,number of pigments,area of hyperpigmentation,and emotional impact score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 1,2,and 3 months of treatment(P0.05);the water content of stratum corneum in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after 1,2,and 3 months of treatment,and the TEWL and pH were lower than those in the control group(P 0.05);the skin melanin index and erythema index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 1,2 and 3 months of treatment(P0.05);the patient satisfaction rate of 92.11%in the observation group was higher than that of 70.03%in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with the Q-switch laser in the treatment of post-acne pigmentation can effectively improve the patient's skin physiological function,reduce pigmentation,and improve patient satisfaction.
