数字普惠金融、产业结构升级和碳排放的协同效应研究

摘　　要：要构建环境友好型的绿色经济,控制碳排放是要点,本文从当前经济转型的热点数字经济和产业升级的角度,运用PVAR模型基于2011—2018年中国30省域的相关数据分析数字普惠金融、产业升级和碳排放间的协同作用,结果发现:第一,数字普惠金融发展对碳排放的影响成倒“U”型,在短期数字普惠金融发展并不会促进碳减排,相反会增加碳排放,但就中长期而言会促进碳减排;第二,产业结构升级在初期会有助于碳减排,但是碳排放在初期会促进产业结构升级;第三,数字普惠金融发展对产业升级的影响并不显著,但产业升级在短期并不利于数字普惠金融发展。To build an environment-friendly green economy,controlling carbon emissions is the key point.This paper analyzes the synergy between digital in-clusive finance,industrial upgrading and carbon emis⁃sions from the perspective of digital economy and industrial upgrading,which are the hot spots of curre-nt economic transformation,using PVAR model based on the data of 30 Chine-se provinces from 2011 to 2018.In the short term,the development of digital inclusive finance does not promote carbon emission reduction,but on the cont-rary,it increases carbon emission,but in the medium and long term,it promo-tes carbon emission re⁃duction;secondly,the upgrading of industrial structure will help carbon emission reduction in the early stage,but carbon emission wil-l promote the upgrading of industrial structure in the early stage;thirdly,the i-mpact of digital inclusive finance development on industrial upgrading is not significant.The impact is not significant,but industrial upgrading is not conduc-ive to digital inclusive finance development in the short term.
