摘　　要：直播带货是近年来的热门经济现象,在享受互联网经济红利的同时,一些不法分子趁虚而入,通过直播平台销售假冒伪劣商品,严重损害了广大消费者的合法权益。该类犯罪具有隐蔽性与欺骗性强、涉及领域及地域广泛、产业链条化的特点,相较其他犯罪更难以被深度挖掘和侦破。本研究通过对该类犯罪的特点及多发原因进行深度剖析,尝试以此为基础,探究该类犯罪的治理对策。Live delivery is a popular economic phenomenon in recent years.While enjoying the Internet eco⁃nomic dividend,some criminals take advantage of the opportunity to sell fake and shoddy goods through the live broadcast platform,which seriously damages the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.This kind of crime has the characteristics of concealment,deception,involving a wide range of fields and regions,and industrial chain,which is more difficult to be deeply excavated and detected than other crimes.Based on the in-depth analysis of the characteristics and causes of such crimes,this paper tries to explore the counter⁃measures of such crimes.
