准备配种期水貂卵巢的组织学动态变化及卵泡的发育规律

摘　　要：为探讨准备配种期水貂卵巢显微结构的动态变化规律和特点,于水貂准备配种期(9月至翌年1月)逐月采集健康水貂卵巢各3枚,制备组织切片,观察水貂卵巢和卵泡的形态与显微结构,测量各级卵泡和卵母细胞直径及透明带厚度,分析卵巢动态发育规律。结果表明:进入准备配种期后,水貂卵巢体积和重量逐渐增加,分别于12月和翌年1月达到最大;卵巢皮质面积逐渐增大;各级卵泡数量整体上逐渐增多,10月出现次级卵泡,12月出现三级卵泡,各月均未见成熟卵泡;原始卵泡、初级卵泡、次级卵泡和三级卵泡及卵母细胞均在12月时直径最大。上述结果说明:9月至翌年1月,水貂卵巢和卵泡发育始终呈动态变化,12月发育最快,1月尚未达到可配种状态。The aim of this study was to indicate the dynamic change of ovary microstructure of mink during mating preparation.Three healthy minks'ovaries were collected in September to January of the following year,respectively,and the development of ovaries and follicles of minks during mating preparation was studied by tissue section method.The diameter of follicles and oocytes and the thickness of zona pellucida were measured.The results showed that after entering the period of preparation for breeding,the ovary volume and weight increased gradually,and reached the maximum in December and January of the following year,respectively.The area of ovarian cortex gradually increased.The number of follicles at all levels gradually increased,secondary follicles appeared in October,tertiary follicles appeared in December,and no mature follicles were found in each month.Primary follicles,primary follicles,secondary follicles,tertiary follicles and oocytes were all the largest in diameter at December.The above results indicated that the development of ovary and follicle of mink showed a dynamic change from September to January.The development was most rapid in December,and the state of mating was not reached in January.
