摘 要:为研究饲料中蒲公英总黄酮对加州鲈生长性能、体组成及非特异性免疫指标的影响,配制了等能(18.39 MJ/kg)、等蛋(47.09%CP)且不同蒲公英总黄酮水平(0,100,200,300,400 mg/kg)的5组(T1、T2、T3、T4、T5)饲料,分别饱食投喂初始体重为(14.69±0.11)g的加州鲈,每种饲料重复3次,重复30尾,投喂周期60 d。结果表明:各试验组的存活率(SR)均显著高于对照(T1)组(P<0.05);对照组与各试验组间的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)、蛋白质效率(PER)和饲料系数(FC)均无显著差异(P>0.05),但T3组的增重率最高,比对照组高7.67%。各组之间脏体比(VSI)、肝体比(HIS)和肥满度(CF)均无显著差异(P>0.05),但T3、T4和T5组的肠脂系数(MFI)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),分别降低了9.09%,9.65%和9.65%。各组间水分、粗蛋白、粗灰分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);T3、T4和T5组的粗脂肪显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中T5组最低。T3、T4和T5组的碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、补体3(C3)和溶菌酶(LZM)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。说明当蒲公英总黄酮添加量为200 mg/kg时加州鲈生长效果最佳。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Taraxacum mongolicum total flavonoids on growth performance,body composition and blood biochemical index of Micropterus salmoides.Five experimental diets(T1,T2,T3,T4 and T5)were provided with equal energy(18.39 MJ/kg),isonitrogenous(47.09%CP)and different levels of Taraxacum mongolicum total flavonoids(0,100,200,300 and 400 mg/kg).Micropterus salmoides with an initial body weight of(14.69±0.11)g were fed with 3 replicates of each diet and 30 fish in each replicate for 60 days,respectively.The results showed that SR in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in T1 group(control group)(P<0.05);WCR,SCR,PER and FC were not significantly different between the control group and experimental groups(P>0.05),but T3 group had the highest WGR,which was 7.67%higher than the control group.There were no significant differences in VSI,HIS and CF among groups(P>0.05),but the MFI of T3,T4 and T5 group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and decreased by 9.09%,9.65%and 9.65%respectively.There were no significant differences in moisture,crude protein and crude ash among all groups(P>0.05).However,the crude lipid content of T3,T4 and T5 group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),T5 group was the lowest.The AKP,SOD,C3 and LZM activities of T3,T4 and T5 group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The above results indicated that the optimal supplemental level of Taraxacum mongolicum total flavonoids was 200 mg/kg.
