摘　　要：维生素D缺乏是全球范围内流行的公共卫生难题,日益受到学术界和公众的广泛关注。2022年中欧和东欧专家共识发布了《维生素D缺乏的预防、诊断和治疗的临床实践》,为改善这一现状提供了详尽的临床指导。熟悉该临床实践中的相关内容,对维生素D缺乏的规范诊疗有着非常重要的临床意义。Vitamin D deficiency is a global public health problem,which has been paid more and more attention.In 2022,the Central and Eastern European Expert Committee issued the Clinical Practice in the Prevention,Diagnosis and Treatment of Vitamin D Deficiency,which provides detailed clinical guidance for improving this situation.It is of great clinical significance for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of vitamin D deficiency to be familiar with the relevant important contents in the clinical practice.
