摘　　要：目的调查前列腺癌患者护理依赖的影响因素,并探讨心理弹性在述情障碍与护理依赖间的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样方法,于2019年5月—2022年5月选取解放军总医院第二医学中心、解放军联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院收治的365例前列腺癌患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护理依赖量表、多伦多述情障碍量表和心理弹性量表对其进行问卷调查。采用多重线性回归分析探讨护理依赖影响因素,采用AMOS 25.0软件构建结构方程模型进行中介效应分析。共发放调查问卷365份,回收有效问卷358份,有效率为98.08%。结果358例前列腺癌患者护理依赖得分为(56.23±8.28)分,55.59%(199/358)的患者存在护理依赖。多重线性回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况、按点就寝情况、电子健康素养、疾病接受度、述情障碍、心理弹性是前列腺癌患者护理依赖的影响因素,共解释总变异的61.7%。结构方程模型分析结果显示,心理弹性在前列腺癌患者述情障碍与护理依赖间起部分中介效应,中介效应值为0.43,占总效应的58.11%。结论前列腺癌患者护理依赖发生率较高,应加强对无配偶、不按点就寝、电子健康素养低、疾病接受度低的前列腺癌患者的干预。心理弹性在述情障碍与护理依赖间具有部分中介作用,可根据前列腺癌患者述情障碍、心理弹性情况,制订合理护理计划,以改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of nursing dependency in prostate cancer patients and explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience between alexithymia and nursing dependency.Methods From May 2019 to May 2022,365 prostate cancer patients admitted to the Second Medical Center of the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital and the 900th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army were selected as the study subject using convenience sampling method.A questionnaire survey was conducted on patients using the General Information Questionnaire,Care Dependency Scale,Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of nursing dependency,and AMOS 25.0 software was used to construct a structural equation model to analyze the mediating effect.Results A total of 365 questionnaires were distributed,and 358 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 98.08%.The nursing dependency score of 358 prostate cancer patients was(56.23±8.28),and 55.59%(199/358)of patients had nursing dependency.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status,bedtime on schedule,electronic health literacy,disease acceptance,alexithymia,and psychological resilience were the influencing factors for nursing dependency in prostate cancer patients(P<0.05),accounting for 61.5%of the total variance.Structural equation model analysis showed that psychological resilience played a part of the mediating effect between alexithymia and nursing dependency in prostate cancer patients,and the mediating effect was 0.43,accounting for 58.11%of the total effect.Conclusions The incidence of nursing dependency in prostate cancer patients is high,and intervention should be strengthened for prostate cancer patients who have no spouse,do not sleep according to schedule,have low electronic health literacy,and low disease acceptance.Psychological resilience plays a partial mediating effec
