摘  要:目的研究不同包装材料对外来器械灭菌过程中升温的影响,为精准灭菌提供参考。方法采用不同的包装材料对外来器械进行打包灭菌,每组分别测试7次,用温度压力检测仪监测温度、时间等参数。结果棉布、无纺布、硬质容器盒对外来器械灭菌过程的温度差异无统计学意义,灭菌平衡时间与灭菌维持时间存在部分布点[4号导向器导向道(钢质)、6号木制手柄内中心]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6号探头所在位置木制手柄内中心实测时间少于试验设定(300 s)。结论棉布相比硬质容器盒和无纺布,在外来器械的灭菌升温过程中存在延迟现象。Objective To study the effect of different packaging materials on the heating process of loaned instrument sterilization,so as to provide reference for precise sterilization.Methods Different packaging materials were used to package and sterilize loaned instruments,and each group was tested for 7 times and parameters such as temperature and time were monitored with a temperature and pressure detector.Results There was no significant difference in the average sterilization temperatures of cotton cloth,non-woven fabric and hard container box.There were some distribution points in the sterilization balance time and sterilization maintenance time,such as guide channel of No.4 guide(steel)and inner center of No.6 wooden handle,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the actual measurement time of the inner center of the wooden handle where No.6 probe located was less than 300 s set in the experiment.Conclusion Compared with hard container box and non-woven fabric,cotton cloth has a delay phenomenon in the sterilization and heating process of loaned instruments.
