高锰酸钾消毒片对白色念珠菌的杀菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察高锰酸钾消毒片杀菌效果,探讨其对皮肤消毒的价值。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对高锰酸钾消毒片的杀菌效果进行观察。结果该高锰酸钾消毒片有效含量为质量分数92%。在菌悬液内加入小牛血清白蛋白30 g/L条件下,用浓度为3000 mg/L高锰酸钾水溶液作用1 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值均≥4.0。在菌悬液内加入小牛血清白蛋白3 g/L条件下,用浓度为800 mg/L高锰酸钾水溶液作用2 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值均≥4.0。结论高锰酸钾对白色念珠菌具有良好的杀灭效果,但其杀菌效果受有机干扰物影响明显。Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of potassium permanganate disinfection tablets and to explore their value in skin disinfection.Methods The method for suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the bactericidal effect of potassium permanganate disinfection tablets.Results The available content of potassium permanganate disinfection tablets was 92%by mass fraction.Under the condition of adding 30 g/L calf serum albumin to the bacterial suspension,the aqueous solution of pdassium permanganate at a concentration of 3000 mg/L was used for 1 min,and the average killing log value of Candida albicans in suspension was≥4.0.Under the condition of adding 3 g/L calf serum albumin to the bacterial suspension,the aqueous solution of potassium permanganate at a concentration of 800 mg/L was used for 2 min,and the average killing log value of Candida albicans in suspension was≥4.0.Conclusion Potassium permanganate has a good killing effect on Candida albicans,but its bactericidal effect is significantly affected by organic interfering substance.
