摘　　要：目的建立安徽省消毒供应中心(CSSD)护理质量敏感性指标,为安徽省CSSD护理质量评价与监测提供参考。方法以结构—过程—结果理论为基础,对安徽省16个地市25名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询。结果最终构建的安徽省CSSD护理质量敏感性指标包含一级指标3个,二级指标7个,三级指标14个。两轮专家函询统计结果显示专家积极系数为96.00%和100.00%,权威系数分别为0.83和0.87;Kendall和谐系数分别是0.221和0.234(P<0.05)。两轮专家函询后各指标重要性赋值均大于4分,变异系数均<0.25。结论构建的护理质量敏感性指标具有可操作性,内容科学可靠,可为医院CSSD的质量管理进行指导。Objective To establish the sensitivity indicators of nursing quality in central sterile supply department(CSSD)in Anhui Province,and to provide reference for evaluation and monitoring of nursing quality in CSSD in Anhui Province.Methods Based on the structure-process-result theory,25 experts from 16 cities in Anhui Province conducted two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence inquiries.Results The final nursing quality sensitivity indicators of Anhui CSSD included 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators,and 14 third-level indicators.The statistical results of two rounds of expert correspondence inquiries showed that the positive coefficients of experts were 96.00% and 100%,and the authoritative coefficients were 0.83 and 0.87 respectively;the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.221 and 0.234 respectively(P<0.001).After two rounds of expert correspondence inquiries,the importance assignments of each indicator were>4 points,and the coefficients of variation were all<0.25.Conclusion The constructed sensitivity indicators of nursing quality is operable,and the content is scientific and reliable,which can guide the quality management of hospital CSSD.
