半夏泻心汤联合佐匹克隆片治疗围绝经期失眠症患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨半夏泻心汤联合佐匹克隆片治疗围绝经期失眠症痰火扰心证患者的临床效果。方法 选取我院围绝经期失眠症痰火扰心证患者150例,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各75例。对照组采用佐匹克隆片治疗,观察组采用半夏泻心汤联合佐匹克隆片治疗。治疗后,比较两组的总有效率,观察匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分、中医证候积分情况,比较治疗前后的实验室检查指标以及不良反应情况。结果 治疗4周后,观察组总有效率95.89%(70/73)高于对照组81.94%(59/72,χ^(2)=7.181,P=0.007);治疗2周及治疗4周后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分、中医证候积分、血清卵泡刺激素、丙二醛、和肽素以及α-淀粉酶水平均低于对照组,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶高于对照组(P <0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.280,P=0.597)。结论 半夏泻心汤联合佐匹克隆片治疗围绝经期失眠症痰火扰心证患者具有良好的有效性及安全性,可有效调节患者性激素和交感神经活性水平,减轻氧化应激水平,改善睡眠质量。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with zopiclone tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia patients with phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome.Methods A total of 150 perimenopausal insomnia patients with phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with zopiclone tablets,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with zopiclone tablets.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were observed.The laboratory examination indicators and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.89%(70/73)higher than that of the control group 81.94%(59/72,χ^(2)=7.181,P=0.007).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum follicle stimulant hormone,malondialdehyde,peptide andα-amylase in observation group were lower than those in control group,and glutathione peroxidase was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.280,P=0.597).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with zopiclonone tablet has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia patients with phlegm fire disturbing heart syndrome. It can effectively regulate the activity of sex hormone and sympathetic nerve, reducethe level of oxidative stress, improve sleep quality.
