摘　　要：前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素/Kexin 9型(PCSK9)抑制剂已成为治疗高胆固醇血症和动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的新药物。近年来研究表明,PCSK9在动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病方面的作用机制十分复杂,与血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高、细胞凋亡、自噬、炎症、泡沫细胞形成和血管平滑肌细胞钙化等密切相关,这有助于我们更好地理解PCSK9抑制剂的"作用多效性"。本综述旨在分析PCSK9在分子结构、细胞功能、心血管疾病治疗方面的研究现状,这将进一步巩固针对动脉粥样硬化新治疗策略的成功。Proprotein Convertase Subtilisin/Kexin 9(PCSK9)inhibitor has become a new drug for the treatment of hypercholesterolemia and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.Recent studies have shown that the mechanism of PCSK9 in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease is very complex,which is closely related to the increase of plasma low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level,apoptosis,autophagy,inflammation,foam cell formation and vascular smooth muscle cell calcification,which will help us better understand the"multiple effects"of PCSK9 inhibitors.This review aims to analyze the research status of PCSK9 in molecular structure,cell function and cardiovascular disease treatment,which will further consolidate the success of new treatment strategies for atherosclerosis.
