摘　　要：游梁式抽油井在维护作业时需要将抽油机驴头固定销子取出,驴头侧翻后才能施工作业,固定销如果取出困难,会影响油井作业施工进度。常用方式存在安全风险大,增加作业成本和劳动强度大等问题。为此,研制开发出一种应用液压千斤顶为主要部件的驴头固定销取出装置,解决上述问题。During maintenance of a beam-pumping unit,it is necessary to remove the pony rod clamp pin to facilitate the operations after tilting the pony rod.Difficulties in removing the clamp pin can impact the progress of well operations.Conventional methods pose significant safety risks and result in increased operational costs and labor intensity.To address these challenges,a retrieval device primarily utilizing a hydraulic jack as the main component was developed.
