摘　　要：针对钻井液脉冲发生器维修过程中,两个单列圆锥滚子轴承的安装存在无法保证游隙尺寸、无法准确调整游隙大小、安全稳定性差等技术问题,研制出一种间隔套检测与选择装置。试用该装置维修钻井液脉冲发生器安装圆锥滚子轴承30根次,从脉冲器的使用效果来看,脉冲发生器的使用寿命提高了10%以上,装置及应用方法供同行参考借鉴。In the maintenance process of drilling fluid pulse generators,the installation of two single-row tapered roller bearings presents technical challenges,including difficulties in ensuring the appropriate clearance size and accurate adjustment,as well as issues related to safety and stability.To address these concerns,a testing and selection device for clearance sleeves has been developed.The device has been successfully employed in the maintenance of drilling fluid pulse generators,specifically in the installation of tapered roller bearings,with 30 instances serving as test cases.Based on the observed performance of the pulse generators,the utilization of this device has resulted in a remarkable improvement of over 10%in the service life of the pulse generators.The developed device and its corresponding application method are presented here for industry peers as a valuable reference and potential source of inspiration.
