摘　　要：国医大师段富津教授治疗虚实夹杂证之过敏性紫癜性肾炎效果显著,段教授认为其发病的病因在外多为感受风热毒邪或疫疠邪气,在内多为热毒亢盛、血亏无力、气虚不摄、阴虚火旺。病位在肾及膀胱,与肝、脾关系密切。病理性质有实有虚,证多虚实夹杂。故治病切中病机,标本兼顾,灵活处方,善用对药,每获良效。总结分析验案3则。Traditional Chinese medicine Master Professor DUAN Fujin has a remarkable effect on the treatment of henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis due to the mixed syndrome of deficiency and excess.Professor DUAN believes that the cause of the disease is mainly exogenous wind and heat toxic evil or epidemic severe evil,and endogenous heat toxicity hyperactivity,blood deficiency,qi deficiency,yin deficiency and excessive fire.The disease is located in kidney and bladder,and is closely related to liver and spleen.The pathological properties are mixed deficiency and excess,and it is a mixed syndrome of deficiency and excess.Therefore,the treatment targeting disease pathogenesis addresses both the root causes and the symptoms,and flexible prescription and good use of drug pairs achieve good effect.Three test cases are summaried and analysised.
