摘  要:研究了Al-5Ti-1B、Sr和Mo对ADC12铝合金组织结构的影响,利用金相显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行分析和检测,并对凝固行为进行评估。结果表明:在ADC12铝合金中添加Al-5Ti-1B晶粒细化剂,晶粒细化效果最为显著;添加Sr的ADC12铝合金,共晶硅的变质效果最为明显。热分析结果表明,添加Al-5Ti-1B的ADC12铝合金中初生α-Al的成分过冷度和形核率显著增加,细化效果最为显著;添加Sr的ADC12铝合金中共晶硅的形核温度和生长温度显著降低,变质效果最好;添加Mo的ADC12铝合金中共晶Al2Cu的形核温度和生长温度最低。利用特征温度参数评估ADC12铝合金的凝固组织,优化微量元素对Al-Si-Cu合金组织和性能的影响。The effects of Al-5Ti-1B,Sr,and Mo on the microstructure of ADC12 aluminum alloy were studied.Metallographic microscopy(OM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used for analysis and detection,and solidification behavior was evaluated.The results show that the alloy with Al-5Ti-1B has the most significant grain refinement effect,and the alloy with Sr has the most obvious modification effect of eutectic Si.The thermal analysis results indicate that in the ADC12 aluminum alloy with Al-5Ti-1B addition,undercooling and nucleation rate of primaryα-Al significantly increase,with the most significant refinement effect.The nucleation and growth temperature of eutectic Si in ADC12 aluminum alloy with Sr addition significantly decreases,resulting in the best modification effect.The nucleation and growth temperature of eutectic Al,Cu in ADC12 aluminum alloy with Mo addition are the lowest.Evaluating the solidification structure of ADC12 aluminum alloy through characteristic temperature parameters optimizes the effect of trace elements on the microstructure and properties of aluminum silicon copper alloy.
