新型铝钛添加剂的制备与实收率研究

摘　　要：采用不同比例的KBF4作为助熔剂,添加到铝钛复合粉体中,压制成型制备铝钛添加剂,将添加剂放入铝熔体中,分析其投入后的实收率。结果表明:铝钛复合粉体中添加质量分数为1%、3%和5%的KBF4制备的三种铝钛添加剂,随投入时间延长,铝钛添加剂的实收率都明显提高;投入时间超过10 min后,实收率增速显著降低;添加质量分数为1%和3%的KBF4制备的铝钛添加剂各时间点的实收率及其变化趋势十分接近,投入时间为20 min时的实收率仅为69%左右;相比其他两种铝钛添加剂,添加质量分数达到5%的KBF4制备的铝钛添加剂在各时间点的实收率显著提升,当投入时间达到20 min后,实收率达到78.59%。The aluminum titanium composite powder was added with different proportions of KBF4 as a flux,and pressed to prepare aluminum titanium additives.The yield was analyzed after inputing the additive into the aluminum melt.The results show that three types of aluminum titanium additives with 1%,3%,and 5%(mass fraction)KBF4 significantly increase the yield with the prolongation of input time.Over 10 minutes after input,increasing in the yield significantly slows down.The variation trend and yield at different time of aluminum titanium additives with 1%and 3% KBF4 are very close,and the yield is only about 69% when the input time is 20 minutes.The yield of aluminum titanium additives with 5% KBF4 is significantly higher than the other two aluminum titanium additives at various time points.After the input time reaches 20 minutes,the yield reaches 78.59%.
