“总动员”体制下日据台湾地区的大众娱乐论述——兼与朝鲜半岛比较  

Mass Entertainment Discourses in Taiwan Region under the“Total Mobilization”System:A Comparative Analysis with the Korean Peninsula

摘　　要：1937年7月卢沟桥事变直至1945年战败,日本持续在国内和殖民统治地区同步建立“总动员”体制,不仅为了人力和物力动员,也为了发动包括思想、文化宗教信仰在内的心力资源总动员。大众娱乐论述属于“总动员”体制下文化战、思想战的一种,与其他属于文化战的动员论述一样,大众娱乐论述的建构及后续讨论往往随着殖民统治地区文化政策的调整以及对殖民统治下人民的动员需要而有所改变。从日据时期台湾地区杂志报纸等媒体的言论,可以考察“总动员”体制下大众娱乐论述的内容及其逻辑,并将其与同时期日本殖民统治下朝鲜半岛的娱乐论述进行了比较。战争期间所谓“健全的大众娱乐论”,并不仅为提升劳动力和生产力,还包括针对殖民统治下人民的“皇民化”改造目的,是--种融合文化战和思想战的战争动员论述,目的在于加强动员殖民统治下人民充当战争人力资源。因此,为了达到更好的动员效果,大众娱乐走上竞争之路。这个过程中,娱乐论述乃变质为一个“国民化”机制,并与厚生运动的“国策”相结合,创造出它的公共性。另外,如果说台湾地区新剧作为一种大众娱乐被提及得最多,朝鲜半岛的民俗活动则被选中成为可能的宣传工具。不过,在“总力战”下,它们被要求发挥“劳动报国”和“职业奉公”的后方作用,却是一致的。After the outbreak of the Sino-Japanese war in July 1937,Japan established a“Total Mobilization”system simultaneously in the mainland and its colonial territories.Until Japan's defeat in 1945,the“Total Mobilization”system not only mobilized manpower and material resources but also rallied mental resources,including thoughts,culture,and religious beliefs.The discourses on mass entertainment fell under the category of cultural and ideological warfare within the“Total Mobilization”system.Like other discourses related to cultural warfare,the discussions on mass entertainment often changed in response to adjustments in colonial cultural policies and the demands for mobilizing the population for the battlefield.By examining the discourses in Taiwan's entertainment magazines,newspapers,and other media during the Japanese occupation,this paper explores the content and logic of mass entertainment discourses under the“Total Mobilization”system and analyzes their characteristics.Additionally,it compares the Taiwan Region discourses with their counterpart in Japans colonial rule of the Korean Peninsula.The purpose of this research is to examine how the colonial people,being direct targets of war mobilization,were recruited and mobilized through entertainment discourses.
