摘　　要：基于2008-2020年中国30个省份面板数据,选取空间计量模型实证考察数字化转型、产业链自主可控对实体经济发展的影响效应。结果表明:整体而言,数字化转型和产业链自主可控均能显著促进实体经济发展,且数字化转型在产业链自主可控对实体经济发展的影响中具有显著促进作用。分区域而言,东部地区数字化转型和产业链自主可控对实体经济发展具有显著正向效应,中西部地区的正向效应并不明显;数字化转型通过提升产业链自主可控能力推动实体经济发展的作用在东部地区显著,在中西部地区并不明显。基于此,提出加大数字人才供给,加速推进数字化转型;强化基础领域研究,创新产业链底层技术;推行差异化配套扶持政策,完善数字基础设施建设,以期为中国实体经济高质量发展注入活力等政策建议。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2020,this paper selects a spatial econometric model to empirically examine the impact of digital transformation and independent control of industrial chain on the development of the real economy.The results show that,on the whole,digital transformation and independent control of industrial chain can significantly promote the development of the real economy,and digital transformation plays a significant role in promoting the impact of independent control of industrial chain on the development of the real economy.In terms of regions,the digital transformation and independent control of industrial chain in the eastern region have significant positive effects on the development of the real economy,while the positive effects in the central and western regions are not obvious;the role of digital transformation in promoting the development of real economy by improving the independent control of industrial chain is significant in the eastern region,but not in the central and western regions.Based on this,it is proposed to increase the supply of digital talents to accelerate the digital transformation;strengthen research in basic fields to innovate the underlying technology of the industrial chain;implement differentiated supporting policies to improve digital infrastructure construction,so as to inject vitality into the high-quality development of China’s real economy.
