摘 要:针对建筑排水立管中水流终限流速的问题,提出了一种基于冲击力测量的方法。使用力传感器和变送器将水流冲击平板的力转化为电压信号采集,再依据流体动量方程将冲击力换算成水流下落速度。结果表明:在超过一定高度后,排水立管下端出流流速与立管高度基本无关;验证了排水立管中确实存在终限流速,且与流量正相关;拟合出水流速与流量的二次函数关系式,相关系数R^(2)=0.9467。对该方法的可靠性进行了初步验证,可为建筑排水立管设计和相关测量提供一定的理论支撑。This paper proposed a method based on impact force measurement to measure whether there was a terminal velocity of water flow in building vertical drainage pipe.The force of water impacting on the plate was converted into voltage signal collection through a weighing transmitter and a weight sensor,and then the impact force was converted into the falling velocity of water according to the fluid momentum equation.After exceeding a certain height,the flow velocity at the lower end of the vertical drainage pipe had little relation with the height of the pipe.The conclusion that the terminal flow velocity existed in the vertical drainage pipe and was positively correlated with the flow rate was verified.The quadratic function relation between flow velocity and flow rate was fitted,and the correlation coefficient R^2 was 0.9467.The reliability of this method was preliminarily verified,which could provide theoretical support for the design of building vertical drainage pipe and related measurement.
