关于子午流注针法的思考

摘　　要：子午流注针法年代久远,一直备受医家质疑,问题集中于其中医理论不完善、临床应用规律不清晰等。尤其是在子午流注针法的应用规律中,纳甲法的“补穴法”与“癸日十个时辰有无开穴”是学界存疑的问题。笔者认为,补穴法是基于明代徐凤的子午流注针法而言,“夫妻合日互用”补穴法后仍有闭穴,通过比较管正斋管氏、郑魁山郑氏及单玉堂单氏的补穴法,发现单氏补穴的方法与理论更完善,更符合该针法的开穴规律。“癸日十个时辰有无开穴”的问题,追本溯源,若是阎明广的《子午流注针经》,则有十个时辰的开穴;若是遵从徐氏的《针灸大全》,则癸日十个时辰便无穴。另外,子午流注针法只是针刺中的一种方法,临床上可将其与传统针灸的取穴、配穴方法或按肌肉解剖取穴的方法相结合,更好地发挥针刺与时间、腧穴的协同效应,力求较好的临床疗效。The Ziwu Liuzhu Needling Method has a long history and has always been questioned by medical professionals.The main issues are the incomplete theoretical basis and the unclear clinical application rules.In particular,there is doubt about the"Supplementary Acupoint Method"and the"opening of acupoints during the ten time periods of the Gui day"in the application rules of the Ziwu Liuzhu Needling Method.The author believes that the supplementary acupoint method is based on Xu Feng′s Ziwu Liuzhu Needling Method of Ming Dynasty.Even after using the"husband and wife combining day interchangeably"supplementary acupoint method,there are still closed acupoints.By comparing the supplementary acupoint methods of Guan Zhengzhai′s,Zheng Kuishan′s,Shan Yutang′s theories,it is found that Shan′s method and theory are more complete and in line with the opening rules of this needle method.As for the issue of"opening of acupoints during the ten time periods of the Gui day",if we trace it back to Yan′s"Ziwu Liuzhu Needling Classic",there are acupoints for all ten time periods;if we follow Xu′s Complete Collection of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,there are no acupoints for the ten time periods of the Gui day.In addition,the Ziwu Liuzhu Needling Method is just one method in acupuncture.In clinical practice,it can be combined with traditional acupuncture point selection and combination methods or muscle anatomy-based point selection methods to better utilize the synergistic effect of acupuncture and time and acupoints,aiming to achieve better clinical efficacy.
