摘　　要：癣病是风湿热邪外束,在肺郁久化热,肺热伤津,津血同源,津亏血燥,血燥不能畅行输精于皮毛而致癣病。根据发病时间以及病变程度综合辨证将癣病分为三期:风热等邪毒在肺郁久化热,耗气伤津血,致使血燥,是肺经期;病邪经过传变,由肺热引起脾阴亏虚,是脾经期;病邪进一步传变肺热津亏,津血同源,耗伤津血,肺阴亏虚,引起肾阴亏虚,是肾经期。临床应以解表清肺热,养血润燥为治疗原则,根据不同发病阶段灵活调节药物用量,以调和气血,充养肌肤,达到治病效果。The onset and process of an illness of Trichophytosis is an external bundle of rheumatic fever,which turns into Heat with Lung Qi depression for a long time.Lung Heat hurts body Fluid.Since body Fluid and blood are homologous,body Fluid deficient induces deficiency of blood.When blood can′t transfer sperm to fur smoothly,tinea is resulted.According to the time of onset and the degree of pathological changes,tinea can be divided into three stages:Wind-Heat and other evil toxins turn into Heat in the Lung for a long time,consuming Qi and hurting body Fluid and blood,resulting in deficiency of blood,which is the Lung meridian period.The disease is transmitted and changed,and Spleen Yin deficiency is caused by Lung Heat,which is Spleen meridian period.Lung Heat and body Fluid deficiency further development,with body Fluid and blood being homologous,consumes body Fluid,blood,and Lung Yin further and causes Kidney Yin deficiency,which is Kidney meridian period.Clinical treatment should be based on relieving exterior syndrome,clearing Lung Heat,nourishing blood and moistening dryness,and the dosage of drugs should be flexibly adjusted according to different stages of the disease,so as to harmonize Qi and blood and nourish skin so as to achieve therapeutic effect.
