摘  要:1000 kV变电站中导线连接方式多样,其表面电场分布由于邻近效应而极不均匀,导线表面易发生电晕放电,尤其在高海拔地区,导线起晕电压将降低。为了防治导线表面电晕,优化变电站电磁环境,必须选择合理的导线型式。提出了一种数值计算和有限元仿真为主、电晕模拟试验为辅的变电导线选型方法,研究提出了导线表面场强控制值,计算获得了采用不同选型方案时导线表面工作场强与临界场强之比Em/Ec、可听噪声L50值与电场分布,给出了4000 m海拔特高压变电站导线选型方案并通过了电晕试验验证。结果表明:导线表面场强控制值推荐取值为1.84 kV/mm;若4000 m海拔特高压变电站仍采用常规4分裂导线,则其站内Em/Ec和可听噪声L50值将分别增大50.0%和23.7%,导线表面电晕严重。采用该推荐选型方案时,站内Em/Ec和可听噪声L50值分别为0.79和60.29 dB,导线表面最大场强为1.67 kV/mm,导线高海拔电晕熄灭电压为770 kV,满足4000 m高海拔特高压变电站导线防晕要求。该研究方法和成果可为我国后续高海拔地区特高压变电站的导线选型和绿色环保电网工程建设提供依据。The conductor connection modes in 1000 kV substation are various,and its surface electric field distribution is extremely uneven due to proximity effect.Corona discharge is easy to occur on the conductor surface,especially in high altitude areas,thus the corona voltage of the conductor will be reduced.In order to prevent the corona on the conductor surface and optimize the electromagnetic environment of the substation,a reasonable conductor type must be selected.We propose a method of substation conductor selection based on numerical calculation and finite element simulation and supplemented by corona simulation test.The control value of conductor surface field strength is obtained,and the Em/Ec,audible noise L50,and electric field distribution of conductor are calculated when different selection schemes are adopted.Besides,the conductor selection scheme of UHV substation at 4000 m altitude is given and verified by the corona tests.The results show that the recommended control value of conductor surface electric field strength is 1.84 kV/mm.Meanwhile,if the UHV substation at an altitude of 4000 m still uses four-bundle conductors,Em/Ec and L50 will increase by 50.0%and 23.7%,respectively.When the selection scheme recommended in this paper is adopted,Em/Ec and L50 are 0.79 and 60.29 dB,respectively,the maximum field strength on the conductor surface is 1.67 kV/mm,and the corona extinction voltage of the conductor at high altitude is 770 kV,which meets the requirements of corona protection of the conductor at 4000 m high altitude UHV substation.The research methods and results in this paper can provide a basis for the subsequent selection of UHV substation conductors in high-altitude areas and the construction of green and environmental protection power grid projects in China.
