27年生马尾松半同胞家系遗传评价与优良家系选择

摘　　要：为选择马尾松(Pinus massoniana)半同胞优良家系,以27年生马尾松第1代无性系种子园93个半同胞家系为研究对象,测定树高、胸径、材积和木材基本密度等性状指标,对参试家系进行评选。结果表明,树高、胸径和木材基本密度在家系间存在极显著差异,材积存在显著差异,生长性状和材性性状遗传变异丰富,改良潜力较大。树高、胸径、材积和木材基本密度的家系遗传力分别为0.358、0.273、0.310和0.333,属中等遗传力。入选132和179优良家系2个,材积均值分别为0.621和0.658 m3,遗传增益分别为6.23%和8.45%,木材基本密度均值分别为0.518和0.526 g/cm^(3)。入选家系均具有明显生长优势,其木材品质稳定,可作为优良家系在当地推广应用。In order to select superior half-sib families of Pinus massoniana,taking 93 half-sib families from first generation clonal seed orchard of 27-year-old P.massoniana as objects,tree height,diameter at breast height(DBH),volume and wood basic density were measured to evaluate tested families.Results showed that there were extremely significant differences in tree height,DBH and wood basic density among families,and there was significant difference in volume,which indicated that improvement had higher potential with abundant genetic variations in growth traits and wood traits.Family heritabilities of tree height,DBH,volume and wood basic density were 0.358,0.273,0.310 and 0.333,respectively,which all belonged to medium heritabilities.132 and 179 families were selected as superior families.Average volumes of two families were 0.621 and 0.658 m3,genetic gains were 6.23% and 8.45%,and wood basic densities were 0.518 and 0.526 g/cm^(3),respectively.All selected families had good performance of growth traits and stable wood quality,which could be used as superior families for local promotion.
