摘 要:目的:优选益气逐瘀利水方的煎煮工艺参数。方法:以提取时间、提取次数和提取溶剂倍数为影响因素,以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷(CG)含量和干浸膏率的综合评分为评价指标,设计正交实验并结合熵权法优选益气逐瘀利水方的最佳煎煮工艺。结果:最佳煎煮工艺为加12倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论:本研究工艺稳定,可为益气逐瘀利水方质量标准的制定提供参考。Objective:To optimize the decoction process parameters of Yiqi Zhuyu Lishui prescription.Methods:With extraction time,times of extraction,and folds of extraction solvent as influencing factors and with the comprehensive score of calycosin-7-o-beta-d-glucoside(CG)content and dry extract rate as evaluation indices,an orthogonal experi-ment was designed to optimize the decoction process of Yiqi Zhuyu Lishui prescription in combination with the entropy weight method.Results:The optimal decoction process was 12 folds of water and 3 times of decoction for 1 hour each time.Conclusion:The process in this study is stable and can provide a reference for formulating the quality standard for Yiqi Zhuyu Lishui prescription.
