摘  要:对直径为80 mm的30CrMoA钢试棒分别进行了885℃×2 h水淬、545℃×4 h回火,805℃×2 h水淬,以及545℃×4 h回火。热处理后检测了钢的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:与常规淬火回火的30CrMoA钢相比,亚温淬火回火的钢组织较均匀细小,力学性能也更好。30CrMoA steel test bars 80 mm in diameter were austenitized at 885℃for 2 h and quenched in water then tempered at 545℃for 4 h,and austenitized at 805℃for 2 h and quenched in water then tempered at 545℃for 4 h,respectively.After this,the microstructure survey and mechanical property measurements were performed on the test bar.The results indicated that 30CrMoA steel subjected to sub⁃critical quenching and tempering exhibited finer and more uniform microstructure and better mechanical properties than did the steel subjected to common quenching and tempering.
