摘  要:海上航行船舶是一个复杂的系统,其系统组成包括人、船、环境等三大要素,该系统的独特之处在于具有不确定性,因为它在应用过程中涉及的因素繁多且复杂,同时这些因素充满了变化。在驾驶员航行值班期间,主要是凭借丰富的海上经验来作出判断,从而展开避碰决策,但航海经验大多无法以传统数学方法给予表示,不能建立明确的模型,因此不能对海上航行避碰问题提供准确且有效的指导。近年来,各国均对船舶智能避碰决策系统领域展开了研究,通过现代化船舶避碰系统的应用,来控制人为失误等因素所致的海上交通事故。如今,现代科技在我国航运业中的应用更加成熟,电子海图技术及船舶自动识别系统的融合应用,大大提升了船舶航行系统的性能,为船舶的安全航行提供了有力保障。A ship sailing at sea is a complex system,and its system composition includes three elements:people,ships,and the environment.The unique feature of this system is that it has uncertainty,because the factors involved in its application are quite numerous and complex.At the same time,these factors are full of changes.During the pilot’s sailing duty,it is mainly based on rich maritime experience to make judgments,in order to make collision avoidance decisions,but most of the navigation experience cannot be expressed by traditional mathematical methods,and a clear model cannot be established.Therefore,it cannot provide accurate and effective guidance on collision avoidance problems at sea.In recent years,all countries have carried out research on the field of ship intelligent collision avoidance decision-making system,and through the application of modern ship collision avoidance system,to control marine traffic accidents caused by human error and other factors.Today,the application of modern technology in China’s shipping industry is more mature.The integration and application of electronic chart technology and ship automatic identification system has greatly improved the performance of ship navigation systems and provided a strong guarantee for the safe navigation of ships.
