摘　　要：网络运维管理体系(以下简称网络运维管理)指在充分整合现有物质条件和网络管理技术的基础上,围绕通信网络运维的管理要求,以整体运行要求为标准构建的综合管理要素。基于网络技术分类企业的定位、功能划分和主要业务的不同,其选择的通信网络运维管理系统也有所不同。随着通信网络技术的广泛应用,人们的生活和工作越来越离不开网络技术,相应的网络运维也在不断创新。Network operation and maintenance management system(hereinafter referred to as network operation and maintenance management)refers to a comprehensive management element constructed around the management requirements of communication network operation and maintenance on the basis of fully integrating existing material conditions and network management technology,and based on the overall operation requirements.Based on the difference in the positioning,function division and main business of network technology classification enterprises,the communication network operation and maintenance management system they choose is also different.With the wide application of communication network technology,people’s life and work are more and more inseparable from network technology,and the corresponding network operation and maintenance are also constantly innovating.
