摘 要:水力旋流器作为油气田开采过程中净化处理的基础应用设备,随着油田的不断深入开发,油田的实际开采环境越来越恶劣,对水力旋流器的设备处理效率要求也越来越高。为提高水力旋流器的处理效率和适应实际处理要求,对油田净化处理中的几种主要的旋流器进行了介绍,详细分析和综述了其分离原理和研究进展。针对介绍的水力旋流器不同种类,对其做出了系统性的总结和展望,指出了今后水力旋流器的研究方向。Hydrocyclone is the basic application equipment of purification treatment in the process of oil and gas field exploitation.With the continuous development of the oil field,the actual exploitation environment of the oil field is getting worse and worse,and the requirements for the equipment treatment efficiency of hydrocyclone are getting higher and higher.In order to improve the treatment efficiency of hydrocyclones and meet the actual treatment requirements,several main hydrocyclones in oil field purification treatment were introduced,and their separation principles and research progress were analyzed and summarized in detail.According to the different types of hydrocyclones introduced,a systematic summary and prospect were made,and the research direction of hydrocyclones in the future was pointed out.
