摘  要:通过挖掘早期返排数据资源的潜力,提出基于返排动态分析的页岩油水平井压后评估方法。考虑页岩裂缝复杂支撑模式,将有效裂缝划分为砂支撑主缝和液支撑次缝,然后基于流动物质平衡方程,建立数学模型和迭代求解方法,并利用数值模拟验证新方法的适用性。以吉木萨尔页岩油藏四口分段压裂水平井为例,详细介绍了新方法的分析流程,反演出有效裂缝体积、裂缝复杂程度和压裂液效率;计算发现,压裂后形成的水力裂缝网络以液支撑的次缝为主,仅有平均约34%的压裂液对投产后裂缝导流能力有贡献,压裂液效率和返排率随着用液强度的提高而降低。结果表明:该方法能够充分利用返排数据及时评价有效裂缝体积、裂缝复杂程度和压裂液效率,在压后评估方面具有实用性。By tapping the potential of early flowback data resources,a post-fracturing evaluation method for shale oil horizontal wells based on flowback performance analysis was proposed.Considering the complex propped patterns of shale fractures,the effective fractures were divided into proppant-propped main fracture and liquid-propped secondary fracture.Based on the flowing-material-balance equation,a mathematical model and iterative solution approach were established,and their applicability was verified by numerical simulation.Taking four multi-fractured horizontal wells in Jimusar shale reservoir as an example,the analysis flow of the new method was introduced in detail to reverse the effective fracture volume,fracture complexity and fracturing fluid efficiency.The calculation show that the fracture network formed after fracturing is mainly the liquid-propped secondary fractures,and only about 34% of the fracturing fluid contributed to the fracture conductivity during production.The fracturing fluid efficiency and flowback efficiency decreases by increasing fluid intensity.The results show that this method can fully utilize the flowback data to estimate effective fracture volume,fracture complexity and fracturing fluid efficiency.It is practical in post-fracturing evaluation.
