摘  要:本试验旨在研究葵花托盘对育肥猪生长性能、肠道形态、抗氧化能力及经济效益的影响,以期为葵花托盘作为一种新型非常规饲料来源提供参考。选取48头90日龄、体况良好和体重为(31.69±0.92)kg的“杜×长×大”育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头猪(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂添加2%、4%、6%葵花托盘的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期75 d。结果表明:1)4%葵花托盘组第75天体重显著高于6%葵花托盘组(P<0.05),4%葵花托盘组第1~75天平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组和2%、6%葵花托盘组(P<0.05),4%葵花托盘组第1~75天料重比(F/G)显著低于6%葵花托盘组(P<0.05)。2)4%葵花托盘组空肠绒毛长度/隐窝深度(V/C)值显著高于2%、6%葵花托盘组(P<0.05)。3)4%葵花托盘组空肠丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组和6%葵花托盘组(P<0.05),4%、6%葵花托盘组空肠过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4%葵花托盘组回肠MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,2%、4%葵花托盘组的总增重效益分别提高了3.00%、15.32%,6%葵花托盘组的总增重效益降低了9.64%。由此可见,饲粮中添加4%葵花托盘促进了育肥猪的生长,提高了空肠、回肠抗氧化能力,对小肠组织形态无不利影响,且经济效益最佳,葵花托盘可作为非常规饲料原料用于育肥猪生产。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of sunflower tray on growth performance,intestinal morphology,antioxidant capacity and economic benefits of finishing pigs,in order to provide refer⁃ence for sunflower tray as a new unconventional feed source.Forty⁃eight 90⁃day⁃old healthy Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire finishing pigs with an average body weight of(31.69±0.92)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 4 pigs per replicate(half male and half female).Piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet,and other in experimental groups were fed experimental diets supplemented with 2%,4%and 6%sunflower tray,respectively.The pre⁃experiment lasted for 7 days and the experimental peri⁃od lasted for 75 days.The results showed as follows:1)the body weight on day 75 of 4%sunflower tray group was significantly higher than that of the 6%sunflower tray group(P<0.05),the average daily gain(ADG)during days 1 to 75 of 4%sunflower tray group was significantly higher than that of control group and 2%,6%sunflower tray groups(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio(F/G)during days 1 to 75 of 4%sun⁃flower tray group was significantly lower than that of 6%sunflower tray group(P<0.05).2)The value of vil⁃lus length and crypt depth(V/C)in jejunum of 4%sunflower tray group was significantly higher than that of 2%and 6%sunflower tray groups(P<0.05).3)The jejunal malondialdehyde(MDA)content of 4%sun⁃flower tray group was significantly lower than that of control group and 6%sunflower tray group(P<0.05),and the jejunal catalase(CAT)activity of 4%and 6%sunflower tray groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ileal MDA content of 4%sunflower tray group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the total weight gain benefits of 2%and 4%sunflower tray groups increased by 3.00%and 15.32%,respectively,and the total weight gain benefits of 6%sunflower tray group decreased by 9.64%.In conclusions,dietary 4
