摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平氨糖铁和甘氨酸铁对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液指标、组织铁含量和含铁酶活性的影响,筛选敏感指标评价了氨糖铁相对于甘氨酸铁的相对生物学利用率。试验采用2×3+1双因子完全随机设计,选取遗传背景相同、健康及体重[(9.80±0.61) kg]相近的35日龄杜×长×大断奶仔猪210头,随机分为7个组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在饲粮基础上分别添加30、60和90 mg/kg的铁(分别源于氨糖铁和甘氨酸铁)。试验期35 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加铁显著提高了49日龄血液红细胞压积和细胞色素氧化酶(COX)含量及70日龄皮肤亮度(L*)值、血浆铁(PI)含量、血液总铁结合力(TIBC)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及肾脏琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性(P<0.05),显著降低了70日龄脾脏铁含量(P <0.05)。铁水平显著影响49日龄PI含量和血液TIBC及70日龄肝脏铁和COX含量(P<0.05)。随着饲粮铁水平的升高,49日龄PI和血液TIBC及70日龄肝脏铁呈显著线性升高(P<0.05),而70日龄肝脏COX含量则呈显著二次曲线升高(P<0.05)。铁源显著影响49和70日龄血液COX含量、70日龄皮肤L*值和肝脏SDH活性(P<0.05),在提高49和70日龄血液COX含量方面,甘氨酸铁显著优于氨糖铁(P<0.05);但在提高70日龄皮肤L*值、肝脏SDH活性方面,氨糖铁显著优于甘氨酸铁(P<0.05)。49日龄PI含量和70日龄肝脏铁含量适于评价不同铁源的生物学利用率,根据这2种指标与平均每日铁进食量的多元线性斜率并用斜率比法进行计算,则氨糖铁相对于甘氨酸铁(以甘氨酸铁的生物学利用率为100%)的相对生物学利用率分别为133%和151%,显著高于甘氨酸铁的生物学利用率(P<0.05)。由此可见,断奶仔猪49日龄PI含量和70日龄肝脏铁含量是评价断奶仔猪对不同铁源生物学利用率的敏感指标,以此2种指标评价获得的氨糖铁的相对生This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different supplemental levels of iron(Fe)a⁃mino acid and polysaccharide complex and Fe glycine on growth performance,blood indices,tissue Fe con⁃tents and Fe⁃containing enzyme activities of weaned piglets,and selected the sensitive parameters to evaluate the relative bioavailability of Fe amino acid and polysaccharide complex to Fe glycine.A 2×3+1 double factor completely random design was adopted in the experiment,a total of 210 thirty⁃five⁃day⁃old Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred weaned piglets with the same genetic background and similar body weight[(9.80±0.61)kg]were randomly allotted to 7 groups with 3 replicate per group and 10 piglets per replicate.Piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 30,60 and 90 mg/kg Fe(sourced from Fe amino polysaccharide complex and Fe glycine),respectively.The experimental period was 35 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,dietary supple⁃mented Fe significantly increased the blood hematocrit and cytochrome C oxidase(COX)content on 49 days of age,and skin lightness(L∗)value,plasma iron(PI)content,blood total iron binding capacity(TIBC)and catalase(CAT)activity and kidney succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)activity on 70 days of age(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the spleen Fe content on 70 days of age(P<0.05).The PI content and blood TIBC on 49 days of age and liver Fe and COX contents on 70 days of age were significantly affected by the Fe level(P<0.05).With the Fe level increased,the PI content and blood TIBC on 49 days of age and liv⁃er Fe content on 70 days of age linearly increased(P<0.05),and the liver COX content on 70 days of age quadratically increased(P<0.05).The blood COX content on 49 and 70 days of age and skin L∗value and liver SDH activity on 70 days of age were significantly affected by the Fe source(P<0.05).The Fe glycine was significantly better than Fe amino and polysaccharide com
