摘 要:本试验旨在探究发酵木屑菌糠对绵羊生长性能、血清生化指标、瘤胃发酵参数及营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验选取4月龄、体况良好的阿勒泰公羊48只,随机分为4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复3只羊。各组分别在基础饲粮中添加0(对照)、12%、24%和36%的发酵木屑菌糠。预试期15 d,正试期45 d。结果表明:1)第1~15天、第16~30天、第31~45天和第1~45天,36%组干物质采食量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。第16~30天和第31~45天,12%组料重比极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。2)12%、24%、36%组血清尿素(UREA)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);24%、36%组血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);12%组血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清肌酸激酶(CK)活性极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);36%组血清甘油三酯(TG)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。3)12%、24%组瘤胃液异丁酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),12%、36%组瘤胃液戊酸含量显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),12%组瘤胃液异戊酸含量和乙酸/丙酸显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)24%、36%组有机物(OM)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),36%组干物质(DM)和粗蛋白质(CP)表观消化率显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,发酵木屑菌糠影响了绵羊的生长性The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of fermented sawdust mushroom bran on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,rumen fermentation parameters and nutrient apparent digesti⁃bility of sheep.Forty⁃eight 4⁃month⁃old healthy Altay rams were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 repli⁃cates in each group and 3 goats in each replicate.Sheep in 4 groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 0(control),12%,24%and 36%fermented sawdust mushroom bran,respectively.The pre⁃experimental period lasted for 15 days,and the experimental period lasted for 45 days.The results showed as follows:1)during days 1 to 15,days 16 to 30,days 31 to 45 and days 1 to 45,the dry matter intake of 36%group was signifi⁃cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).During days 16 to 30 and days 31 to 45,the feed to gain ratio of 12%group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).2)The serum urea(UREA),interleukin⁃2(IL⁃2),interleukin⁃6(IL⁃6),interferon⁃γ(IFN⁃γ),tumor necrosis factor⁃α(TNF⁃α)contents and alanine transaminase(ALT)activity of 12%,24%and 36%groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),inter⁃leukin⁃10(IL⁃10)contents and total antioxidant capacity(T⁃AOC)were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content of 24%and 36%groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)contents and superoxide dis⁃mutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH⁃Px)activities of 24%and 36%groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the serum aspartate transaminase(AST)activity of 12%group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum creatine kinase(CK)activity was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01);the serum triglyce
