摘  要:针对型号为NDZ3T的新能源汽车用直流接触器发生短路故障时产生电动斥力较大的问题,通过ANSYS软件建立NDZ3T的触头简化模型,对NDZ3T触头间的电动斥力进行仿真,确定静触头上不同数量的导电桥对触头间电动斥力的影响,并将动触头之间的去磁块分块在不同大小的电流下实现电动斥力优化。结果表明:导电桥越多,电动斥力越小,当流过触头的电流小于4k A时,将去磁块分块能够明显降低电动斥力;当流过触头的电流大于4k A时,电动斥力降低幅度比较接近。仿真结果为汽车用直流接触器的进一步优化提供了参考。To reduce the large electric repulsive force caused by short circuit fault of DC contactors for NDZ3T new energy vehicles,a simplified contact model of NDZ3T is established by ANSYS software,and the electric repulsive force between NDZ3T contacts is simulated to determine the influence of the different number of conductive bridges on the moving contacts on the electric repulsive force between contacts.The demagnetizing blocks between the moving contacts are divided to achieve the optimization of electric repulsion force under different sizes of currents.The results show that the more conductive bridges,the smaller the electric repulsive force.When the curent flowing through the contact is below 4 kA,the demagnetization block can significantly reduce the electric repulsive force.When the current flowing through the contact is greater than 4 kA,the reduction range of electric repulsive force is close.The simulation results provide a reference for further optimization of automobile DC contactors.
