产品质量先期策划在小型电器企业中的应用

摘　　要：产品质量先期策划作为经典的质量策划方法,能有效解决大型制造企业生产过程中与客户的沟通问题和产品的质量问题。而小型制造企业受到资金、技术等资源的限制,难以建立行之有效的产品质量先期策划流程。以CX照明公司A项目为研究对象,通过实地走访和查阅资料,研究产品质量先期策划在小型电器企业中的应用。研究结果显示,CX照明公司的产品质量先期策划流程改善了小型制造企业的产品质量和客户反馈,对小型电器企业有借鉴和参考价值。As a classic quality planning method,advanced product quality planning can effectively solve communication problems with customers and product quality problems in the production process of large manufacturing enterprises.Since small manufacturing enterprises are limited by capital,technology and other resources,it is difficult to establish an effective product advanced quality planning process.Project A of CX lighting company is taken as the research object in this paper,and the application of advanced product quality planning in small electrical enterprises is studied through on-site visits and literature review.The results of the study show that the advanced product quality planning process in CX lighting company has improved product quality and customer feedback,which has reference significance for small electrical companies.
