摘　　要：建立用高效液相色谱法测定斑秃丸中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。采用RP-18 endcapped(5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25),检测波长为270 nm。丹参酮ⅡA在0.01081~0.06486μg/μL范围内线性良好,R^(2)=0.9999,平均回收率(n=6)为97.4%。本实验方法操作简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可以有效控制斑秃丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量,为生产及流通控制斑秃丸质量提供参考。An HPLC method for determination of TanshinoneⅡA in Bantu pills,was established using RP-18 endcapped column(5μm),mobile phase of methanol and water(75∶25),detection wavelength of 270 nm.The linear range of TanshinoneⅡA was 0.01081~0.064860μg.The average recovery(n=6)was 97.4%(RSD=0.15%).The method was simple,accurate,high sensitivity and repeatable for the assay of the components in effective control the content of determination of TanshinoneⅡA in Bantu pills.
