摘  要:车用尿素中金属元素含量过高或过低会导致车辆后处理系统破损甚至造成环境污染等问题。本实验利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对车用尿素中金属元素的含量进行测定,不同样品预处理方法会对含量测定结果产生影响,通过对直接进样法和灰化法准确度、精密度和方法检出限的分析对比。结果表明,相较于灰化法,直接进样法操作简单对实验环境要求不高,且具有更高的准确度。建议日常检验中采用直接进样法测定车用尿素中的金属离子。Too high or too low metal content in automotive urea can lead to damage to the vehicle aftertreatment system and even cause environmental pollution.In this experiment,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was used to determine the content of metal elements in automotive urea,and different sample pretreatment methods would affect the content determination results,by analyzing and comparing the accuracy,precision and method detection limits of direct injection and ashing.The results showed that the direct injection method with higher accuracy was simple to operate and has less requirements for the experimental environment,compared with the ashing method.The direct injection method was recommended for the determination of metal ions in urea in daily testing.
