摘　　要：检测污水中总磷含量及其测量不确定度的评定,按照国家标准GB/T 11893-89水质总磷的测定。采用钼酸铵分光光度法对污水中的总磷含量进行检测,并对磷标准溶液、标准曲线拟合、重复测量等各不确定度分量进行分析与计算,对检测结果的不确定度进行评定。最终给出结果报告和评定结果分析,提出配制梯度标准溶液、标准工作曲线拟合以及样品的重复性测定是影响样品分析误差的重要因素。The determination of total phosphorus content in sewage and its uncertainty were assessed.According to the national standard GB/T 11893-89 water quality determination of total phosphorus,ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry was used todetect the total phosphorus content in sewage,and evaluated the uncertainty of detection results.The uncertainty components of phosphorus standard solution,fitting standard,curveand repeated measurement were analyzed and calculated.The result report and analysis for the evaluated result were put forward.It was pointed out that the preparation of gradient standard solution,the fitting of standard working curve and the repeatability of sample were important role in affecting the error of sample analysis.
